S8 Deals respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own, send a written notice to our designated agent.

What your notice must include
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or, for multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to let us locate it (a direct URL is best)
- Your contact information: name, address, phone, email
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address. Your counter-notice must include the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
Important
Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice can result in liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Consult a lawyer if you’re unsure.
